Giulia Bardelli

While attending a scientific high school I had the opportunity to do different internships closely related to the artistic field, ranging from working at an architecture studio to an art gallery. This strengthened my artistic inclination and led me to throw myself into the graphic design and communication field. During my three-year Bachelor’s programme in Communication Design at Politecnico di Milano (Polytechnic University of Milan), I decided to complement my academic studies with various workshops, which helped me to define and focus on my main interests within the broad field of design.

I explore design as a cultural and visual medium for challenging and calling ourselves into question, and as a way of exploring our past, present and future boundaries as graphic designers and human beings.
