Lukas Chladek

I earned my Bachelor of Graphic Design in Prague at the English-language university Prague
College. During my second year I started working as a designer for the biggest Czech marketing and social media company, H1.cz. There I designed online banners, printed materials for conferences and mail newsletters. After a year I moved to a packaging company called Unity Design, where I started as an intern and after three months continued as a junior graphic designer. Unity Design is one of the best Czech packaging studios and works with brands like Albert, Moneta Money Bank, Staropramen, Toma and etc. I left Unity Design because I moved to the Netherlands to do my Master’s degree.
 

I am interested in the solutions and visual language that design can provide. Creativity is
also a necessary part of the process. I don’t believe it when somebody says, ‘I can’t do
this, I am not creative’, because this is something what we all share. Everyone has different
ideas. But where does creativity come from? How does it work?
