Caspar Commijs

I am Caspar Commijs, and a student in the Master of Animation. In 2016, I graduated from the University of the Arts Utrecht as a director of live action film. I want to explore the possibilities of animation for me as a filmmaker. I want to create fantastical and surreal worlds that use metaphors to reflect on social issues in our reality. I will graduate with a science fiction film that combines live action with animation doing exactly that. After graduation I want to focus on directing more and when directing, to continue exploring this direction of filmmaking.
