Michaela Davidova

Michaela Davidova (she/her, ona/její) graduated with BA(Hons) Artist, Designer: Maker from Cardiff School of Art and Design. She is a multidisciplinary artist with a process-based photography practice, and also a project coordinator often collaborating with art collectives. Michaela applied for the program Ecology Futures in order to get a better understanding of working with the growing cultures and possibly apply the knowledge in the sustainable darkroom. Her questions sound like Who is a photographer? or Who is a human? What if the photographic darkroom becomes an organism and its users part of its metabolism, transforming in the complexity of relationships that humans and non-humans share, figuring out a way to work and live symbiotically.
