Party of One - Heleen Portheine

The film is about Fib, a person who goes to the carnival by themselves. As the film goes on they are getting more aware of the fact that they are the only ones by themselves. They focus their energy too much on others and not on having a good time. Then in the mirror palace Fib takes a good look at themselves. Where they find that they can be okay just by themselves.

The film is colourful and personal and 3 minutes long.

I am a bubbly 2D animator from the Netherlands. I studied in Bournemouth and Kyoto and I am now finishing my Master in Animation at the AKV St Joost. I use dynamic characters and colour to tell my stories and I hope to keep telling stories forever.
